Rev. Wayne Coleman
With over 25 years of experience as a senior pastor, Rev. Wayne Coleman brings seasoned leadership, compassion, and spiritual insight to the work of reentry and restoration. He holds a Master of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary and has devoted his ministry to walking alongside individuals and families through some of life's most challenging transitions.
Wayne has extensive experience in counseling, chaplaincy training, and marriage support, including working with couples navigating the unique challenges of incarceration and reentry. His approach is holistic—addressing spiritual, emotional, and relational health to help individuals rebuild their lives with purpose and stability.
Through his work with Reentry Solutions, Rev. Wayne Coleman is committed to helping returning citizens not only reintegrate into society but truly thrive—equipped with the tools, support, and faith needed for lasting transformation.
